PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor, an X-ray diagnostic apparatus, and a program which can easily obtain accurate position information of a non-synchronous position in an X-ray image.SOLUTION: An image processor is provided with an acquisition part and an identification part. The acquisition part acquires information on a relative position between a photography space where a subject is photographed by an X-ray diagnostic apparatus and a scanning space where an ultrasonic probe is scanned to the subject. The identification part identifies an almost same position as the position scanned by the ultrasonic probe in the photography space on the basis of the information on the relative position acquired by the acquisition part.
