PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photograph measuring camera or an aerial photographing device that performs a local observation while performing a collective observation or enables acquisition of accurate location information on a specific part while performing the collective observation.SOLUTION: The photograph measuring camera includes: a shaft frame 11 that is tiltably supported via a gimbal; a GPS device that has a GPS antenna 12 provided at a top end of the shaft frame 11; and an imaging part 24 that is provided at a bottom end of the shaft frame 11 and has a known relation with the GPS antenna 12, and has a main camera 30 and a stereo camera composed of a pair of cameras 44 and 45 having an optical axis parallel with an optical axis of the main camera 30. The optical axes of the main camera 30 and the stereo camera are supported to the shaft frame 11 so as to be always vertical. An observation image of a measurement object is captured by the main camera 30, and a stereo image is acquired by the stereo camera. On the basis of the stereo image, a distance to the measurement object is measured and a measurement position is acquired by the GPS device. |
