PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin container in which when filled with contents and capped, the contents for a container main body can be fed under the support by container holding means, color change and property change of the filled contents can be reduced, the problems in sanitation and appearance can be solved, and a particular limitation is not put on shape design for a product package.SOLUTION: A lid body engaging portion 6 for engaging a lid body 3 with a container main body 2 is formed in the outer periphery near an opening of a mouth/neck portion 5 of the container main body 2. At a position, which is a peripheral face between the lid body engaging portion 6 of the mouth/neck portion 5 and a trunk portion 4 of the container main body 2 and is covered with the lid body 3 when the lid body 3 is fixed, there are formed protrudingly a plurality of engagement protrusions 8, scattered in a circumferential direction of the mouth/neck portion 5, so as to protrude enough to form a gap in which container holding means for feeding that supports the container main body 2 can be positioned even when the lid body 3 is fixed between the truck portion 4 and the means, and to house the means in the lid body 3 when fixing the lid body 3. |
