PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric conversion device having high photoelectric conversion efficiency and a method for manufacturing a photoelectric conversion device.SOLUTION: A photoelectric conversion device includes a first conductive layer, a photoelectric conversion layer, a second conductive layer, a high refractive index layer, and a back surface reflection layer which are located on a substrate in order from a light receiving surface side, while the high refractive index layer has a refractive index higher than that of the second conductive layer and high translucency. A method for manufacturing a photoelectric conversion device includes a step of forming each layer of a first conductive layer, a photoelectric conversion layer, a second conductive layer, a high refractive index layer, and a back surface reflection layer so that the layers are located on a substrate in order from a light receiving surface side, while the high refractive index layer is formed of a material having a refractive index higher than that of the second conductive layer and high translucency. |
