PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power steering device which can prevent deterioration of steering feeling of a steering wheel in shimmy suppression control.SOLUTION: When an acceleration of a vehicle in deceleration direction is equal to or more than a predetermined value or a steering speed is equal to or more than a predetermined value, a correction is not made of a motor command signal based on a shimmy suppression signal.
