PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of easily retrieving and analyzing a serial number read by a cash processing terminal and reducing time and effort for registering a serial number of a counterfeit bill in the cash processing terminal.SOLUTION: An information processor 100 provided between a cash processing terminal group in a local network and a trunk network which exists outside the local network and to which an accounting system is connected includes an information acquisition part 121 for acquiring a serial number obtained by reading a bill by a cash processing terminal constituting the cash processing terminal group in the local network, a storage control part 122 for storing the serial number in a storage part 130, and a determination part 123 for determining whether a serial number coincides with the serial number stored in the storage part 130 in the case where the serial number obtained by reading a bill by one cash processing terminal constituting the cash processing terminal group is acquired.
