PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hardly cause damage such as a crack at a metallic plate when the metallic plate is bent in a folded-back manner in order to manufacture a pair of flange parts and enable a higher strength steel plate to be employed as compared with that of the prior art, and further to improve a degree of freedom in design for obtaining a yoke of high strength and high rigidity.SOLUTION: A pair of recessed grooves 27, 27 is formed at portions inside folding-back directions for use in constituting both flange parts respectively at two locations near both ends of a base end side plate 20a of an intermediate raw material in its length direction over an entire width of the base end side plate 20a. Then, portions near both ends of the base end side plate 20a in a length direction are bent in the folded-back manner at both the recessed grooves 27, 27 to form both flange parts. |
