PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring container for a powder and granular material that allows time and effort for measurement and extraction to be reduced to a minimum without excessive cost increases.SOLUTION: The measuring container for a powder and granular material comprises: a storing portion 2; a support portion 3; and extraction means for extracting contents in the storing portion 2. The extraction means is composed of: a handle 22 whose upper end is threaded into the peripheral wall of the storing portion 2 and whose lower end is formed openably and closably; and a slide body 4 whose tip side has a measuring spoon 40 and whose base end is connected to the handle, which is slid along the outer face of the bottom wall of the storing portion 2 in tandem with opening and closing movement of the handle 22. By opening movement of the handle 22, the measuring spoon 40 is positioned to be vertically identical with an extraction hole 21 of the bottom wall of the storing portion 2 so that the contents are dropped into the measuring spoon 40 to be held. By closing movement of the handle 22, the slide body 4 is slid to protrude the measuring spoon 40 into outside of the support portion 3 while closing the extraction hole 21 at the top face thereof and to slice off the contents in the measuring spoon 40 so that a cup of the contents in the measuring spoon 40 sliced off can be extracted. |
