PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner for a vehicle enabled to increase and adjust capacities on the inside air side and outside air side of an inside/outside air two-layer air conditioning unit.SOLUTION: An air conditioner for a vehicle includes: a refrigeration cycle device including a compressor (22), an indoor condenser (12), diaphragms (26a, 26b, and 27), an outdoor heat exchanger (24), and an indoor evaporator (11); and an inside/outside air two-layer air conditioning unit (1). Inside air-side and outside air-side blowout temperatures of the inside/outside air two-layer air conditioning unit (1) are controlled to rise so that the difference between both the temperatures enters an allowed range by making a variation quantity of each time of control over an inside air-side air mixing door (16b) larger than a variation quantity of each time of control over an outside air-side air mixing door (16a) after the rotating speed (Nc) of the compressor (22) reaches a maximum rotating speed (Ncmax). |
