PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray fluorescence analyser capable of easily managing a change point by comparison with past measurement result information.SOLUTION: An X-ray fluorescence analyser includes: an input unit 201 for inputting of specific information specifying a measurement target object 205; an imaging unit 210 for obtaining a measurement section image of the measurement target object 205; a display unit 208 for displaying a result of analysing the measurement target object 205 after fluorescent X-ray measurement; and a database 209 for storing therein past measurement information associated with the specific information. The measurement information includes a measurement section image and an analysis result. When measurement conditions are set, the display unit 208 can display the measurement section image and the measurement section image of the measurement target object 205 at the time of past measurement included in the measurement information. The input unit 201 can input with plural pieces of specific information on the measurement target object 205 classified into plural layers composed of an upper layer and a lower layer. The database 209 can store the plural pieces of specific information with the information classified into the plural layers.
