PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a moving image from becoming discontinuous when switching a driving method of an imaging device.SOLUTION: An imaging apparatus 1 comprises: an imaging unit 14 which can be driven by switching between plural driving modes and convers the optical image of a subject to image data; an image processor 20 for correcting the image data obtained by the imaging unit 14; a correction parameter calculator 112 for calculating correction parameters to use for correction of the image data by the image processor 20; an electronic zoom controller 66 for electronically enlarging or reducing the image data in accordance with an instruction from a user; and an image display unit 28 which displays at predetermined time intervals the image data with magnification changed by the electronic zoom controller 66. The imaging unit 14 switches the driving mode with a predetermined magnification and changes the degree of correction on the correction parameters in accordance with the magnification changed by the electronic zoom controller 66. |
