NOVEL ETHAOL-RESISTANCE MUTANT STRAIN AND USES THEREOF

The present invention relates to an ethanol-resistance yeast strain transformed to make an efflux pump of a yeast overexpressed, and a method for producing ethanol using the yeast strain. The transformed ethanol-resistance yeast strain provided in the present invention has an advantage of an ethanol productivity not being reduced even if the ethanol concentration of the surrounding environment is increased by 5% (v/v), and therefore, the transformed ethanol-resistance yeast strain can be widely used for various industrial productions of ethanol including an ethanol manufacturing field and a liquor manufacturing field.
