The present invention relates to a water-insoluble isoflavone covered with amorphous surfactant and a method for preparing the same. The water-insoluble isoflavone covered with amorphous surfactant according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises 100 parts by weight of isoflavone and 10-200 parts by weight of surfactants having two or more alkyl chains bonded to hydrophilic parts based on the isoflavone. The surfactant is bonded as amorphously surrounding the outside of the isoflavone and is dissolved in water in an emulsion type. The isoflavone to which the surfactant is bonded has 0.5 to 30 micrometers of average diameter, and±200% average range of size based on the diameter.
