PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a classifier capable of accurately classifying powder by restraining the occurrence of a speed difference in a turning air current by a position in the circumferential direction in the vicinity of an inner wall surface of a casing forming a classification chamber, and provide a toner manufacturing method and a crushing classifier using the classifier.SOLUTION: A first classifier 50 has a flow straightener 53 having a plurality of slits 12s in the circumferential direction for introducing a secondary air flow into the classification chamber 6, and constitutes the flow straightener 53 by arranging the plurality of slits in an annular shape, and is provided with a suction port 56a for making negative pressure act, by opening downward in the central axis vicinity, by satisfying the relationship of R1<R2, when respectively assuming a distance up to the central axis 15 from a louver plate part inner peripheral downstream side end part 12a and a louver plate part inner peripheral upstream side end part 12b of a louver plate part 12 forming the slits 12s between its mutual adjacent members, as R1 and R2. |
