PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a good condition of a film roll to prevent deformation of the film and to prevent blocking between film substrates 1, 1, by reducing variations of height in each cured film 2a, 2b while taking a thickness of the film substrate 1 into consideration and imparting a desired elastic modulus to each cured film 2a, 2b.SOLUTION: Cured films 2a, 2b are formed in a strip state along a longitudinal direction of a film substrate 1, at either end in a width direction of the film substrate 1. Materials 2a, 2bfor the cured films are applied on either end in the width direction of the film substrate 1 while independently controlling each application amount of the materials 2a, 2bfor the cured films, and then cured so as to form the cured films 2a, 2b showing a height difference falling within 3% of the thickness of the film substrate 1 and each having an elastic modulus of 4.0 to 8.0 GPa. |
