PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical polyester film for protection of a polarizing plate, which can suppress generation of optical interferential colors when arranged in a cross-Nicol condition as a polarizing plate and which can maintain high transparency when assembled in a liquid crystal display.SOLUTION: The optical polyester film comprises a polyester film containing at least one kind of fine particles having birefringence, and shows an in-plane retardation of 1000 nm or less and a haze of 4.5% or less. |
