PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a cylinder body of a resin-made hydraulic master cylinder that is free of a risk of breakage of a component during assembling, and also improved in operability, and a hydraulic master cylinder.SOLUTION: A guide sleeve 4 having a guide hole 4a is fitted on one end side of a cylinder body 3 having a cylinder hole 3a, and the cylinder hole 3a and guide hole 4a are arranged coaxially to form a cylinder hole 3a. The guide sleeve 4 has a large-diameter mount part 4b at an outer periphery on the side of a base end, and the cylinder body 3 has a large-diameter guide sleeve fitting hole 3e formed so as to mount the mount part 4b at an opening part of the cylinder hole 3a. The guide sleeve fitting hole 3e has a fitting groove 3f, where a fall-stop clip 14 for stopping the mount part 4b of the guide sleeve 4 from falling is mounted on an opening side, formed on the same circumference opposite a center axis CL1 of a plunger 2. |
