PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a method for taking out natural energy from non-visible positional latent energy of water found in sea-bound Japan where water flows out of mountains to make rivers, the rivers continue to sea and water can be found at every locations such as ponds, lakes, dams and water-storage facility etc.SOLUTION: Fig.1 shows a state of a floating type water tank before water is taken into it. A floating type water tank 9 is a two-type or a self-propelled type. Air in a flotation auxiliary tool 10 outside the floating type water tank 9 is released by an evacuation machine 5 under a state in which the floating type water tank 9 floats on the water. The evacuated air is transferred to an air storage 6 and stored there. Under shrunk state, the bottom face of the floating type water tank 9 is present below a water level of the water. The tank is provided with a water absorption pipe 7 and a water pipe 8. |
