PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat shield for urea water pipe that can be easily attached outside the urea water pipe of an SCR system and can effectively heat shield it.SOLUTION: There is provided a heat shield 1 for urea water pipe comprising an outer layer sheet 2 having aluminum layer over an entire surface S1, a first engagement member 3 arranged at one end part 2a of a short length side of the surface S1 of the outer layer sheet 2, a second engagement member 4 arranged at the other end part 2b of a short length side of a rear surface of the outer layer sheet 2, and a heat shield sheet 5 arranged in an area ranging from one end part 2c of the short length side of the rear surface S2 of the outer layer sheet 2 to a near part 2d of the second engagement member 4, having a thickness of about 4.0 mm to 10.0 mm and a bulk density of about 10 kg/mto 500 kg/m. The outer layer sheet 2 is wound around a pipe 6 for urea water to cause the first engagement member 3 to be engaged with the second engagement member 4. |
