The polyether compound of the present invention is represented by the following general formula (1). (In the formula, R1 represents a hydrogen atom or a methyl group and R2 represents a hydrogen atom or—C(═O)—C(R3)═CH2. R3 represents a hydrogen atom or a methyl group.
