Molding accessory for manufacturing a lengthy facing panel of polymeric composite materials comprises a two-tier (two-level) structure, namely external one, mainly with an aerodynamic profile, and inner one with frameworks spaced on the planes of the tiers of longitudinal and transverse (rib belts) respectively, where a longitudinal framework is formed by use of closely spaced and element-by-element interconnected hollow tubular fillers or sleeves, straight vertical walls (longitudinal ribs) forming in the lower tier a three-layer stringer panel; an integrated panel with compensating material of filler grooves in the areas of joints of all reinforcing profile elements; components of autonomous form-generating components of accessory, namely mandrels in the form of tape prepreg wound on rod cores and devices. The main mold for implementation of processes of fixing, pressure against the mold surface and sealing autonomous form-generating components of accessory with the blanks of panel elements is equipped with remotely located along the length of the mold, primarily along the lines of location of rib belts, sources of technologically directed magnetic field with penetrating ability through the installed assembly taking into account the packets of external and internal linings according to the scheme: "source of magnetic field – form-generating sheet of main mold - set of form-generating metal-polymer mandrels wound by composite materials - devices with blanks of rib belts". |
