An apparatus for heightening the stability of a system and a method thereof for heightening the stability of the system by setting up the performance level of the task considering the property of the mobile communications system are provided to reduce power by setting up capability performance. A workload of a task is measured according to a TWF(Task Workload Factor). A system call or a task event is generated. The number of performed tasks and TWF are determined. The workload corresponding to the determined TWF is obtained. The idle time for determining the performance level of the performed task is determined. The performance level of the performed task is determined. A main controller(140) is called by a hooking function when initiating a task in OS kernel(145). |
