FIELD: food industry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technology of meat preserves production. The method envisages recipe components preparation, pork brisket cutting and frying with separation of melted out fat, bulb onions cutting, frying in melted out fat and milling, carrots mincing, ground pumpkin seed extraction cake pouring with drinking water and maintenance for swelling. Then one mixes bulb onions, carrots, pumpkin seed extraction cake, tomato puree, drinking water, sugar, salt, black hot pepper and laurel leaf to produce a sauce; one proceeds with pork brisket and sauce packing, sealing and sterilisation.EFFECT: method allows to reduce the manufactured target product adhesion to container walls. |
