FIELD: oil and gas industry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method for treatment of oil containing hydrogen sulfide and mercaptan that includes physical treatment of oil from hydrogen sulfide and mercaptans due to concentration of the eliminated components in gaseous phase with extraction of remaining liquid residue as merchantable oil and chemical treatment of the eliminated components; at that physical treatment is implemented by oil blowing off by circulating gas in a tower at blowing off temperature and absolute pressure of 0.05-0.099 with production of merchantable oil and blown-off gas, while chemical treatment is made by direct catalytic oxidation of hydrogen sulfide and mercaptans in blowing off gas of atmospheric oxygen with subsequent delivery of, at least, a part of oxidation products for blowing off as circulating gas and washing of remaining products by merchantable oil with production of purified gas.EFFECT: treatment from hydrogen sulfide and mercaptans, simplifying the method, reducing metal consumption and energy costs.1 dwg, 1 ex |
