PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform operation control capable of suppressing deterioration of a plurality of storage batteries in a region effectively.SOLUTION: A storage battery management device determines whether or not there is a storage battery showing a deviation above a certain level, depending on occurrence of deterioration due to an unexpected cause, out of a plurality of storage batteries in a region, based on the sate of each storage battery detected and the state of each battery estimated according to the basic model and a deterioration model of a storage battery. If there is a storage battery showing a deviation above a certain level, the storage battery management device estimates the deterioration cause of that storage battery by collating the operation history with a deterioration cause database associated with the operation conditions for each deterioration cause. The storage battery management device controls a plurality of storage batteries so that the deterioration due to a deterioration cause thus estimated is suppressed. |
