PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which, when a distribution device 3a1 is down and its own location information cannot be received, a function of distributing the location information is not provided in all distribution devices for cutting down installation costs of distribution devices or the like, it becomes difficult to manage location information on a communication terminal 5.SOLUTION: A distribution device 3b1 not only receives location information X from the communication terminal 5 but also distributes specific location information indicating its own location, and further a distribution device 3b1 can also receive location information on a distribution device 3a1 instead of the distribution device 3a1. Thereby, even when the distribution device 3a1 is down and its own location information X cannot be received, the function of distributing the location information is not provided in all distribution devices for cutting down the installation costs of the distribution devices or the like, the location information on the communication terminal can be managed. |
