PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floating barge for evacuation from a tsunami and a tidal wave, which enables the rapid and safe evacuation of the weak, and which can save as many persons failing to escape or swept away as possible.SOLUTION: A pile 3 for supporting a floating barge 1 for evacuation from a tsunami and a tidal wave is buried in the ground. A support 4 (slide pipe) is put into the pile. Although a tip of the support 4 (slide pipe) is connected to the floating barge for evacuation, the durability of the floating barge for evacuation from the tsunami and the tidal wave can be safely secured because the support 4 (slide pipe) makes upward and downward motions, in terms of water-level countermeasures. |
