PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyimide laminate and a production method of the polyimide laminate, in which excellent handling property and dimensional stability of a polyimide film having transparency are achieved and the polyimide film can be easily separated from a support substrate.SOLUTION: The polyimide laminate includes a support substrate on a back surface side of a polyimide layer, in which the polyimide layer has a transmittance of 70% or more in a predetermined wavelength region; the surface of the support substrate in the interface between the polyimide layer and the support substrate is formed of a heat-resistant polyimide having a glass transition temperature Tg of 300°C or higher and the surface has a surface roughness Ra of 100 nm or less; an adhesion strength between the support substrate and the polyimide layer is 1 N/m or more and 500 N/m or less; and the polyimide layer can be separated from the support substrate. In the production method of a polyimide laminate, while a long support substrate is conveyed in a roll-to-roll process, a resin solution of a polyamide acid is applied on the support substrate and imidized to form a predetermined polyimide layer. |
