PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antistatic adhesive composition capable of preventing electrification to an adherend without electrification prevention when peeled, reducing stain resistance to the adherend and having excellent adhesion reliability, and antistatic adhesive sheets formed using the same.SOLUTION: The adhesive composition including a (meth) acrylic polymer using a (meth) acrylic monomer having a 1-14C alkyl group as a principal component and an alkaline metal salt has 1.0 or less of an acid value of the (meth) acrylic polymer.
