<p>The present invention securely positions a body cavity insertion instrument, which is inserted in a body cavity, in a stable manner. A guide instrument is provided with a coupling body that couples a first cannula for guiding a first needle light inside a body cavity, and a second cannula for guiding a second needle light inside the body cavity. A first holding section, which holds and secures the first cannula, and a second holding section, which holds and secures the second cannula, are disposed on the coupling body. The first and second holding sections hold and secure the first and second cannulas, respectively, in a state in which the relative positional relationship between the first and second cannulas is fixed.</p> |
