<p>Disclosed are an information system construction assistance device and the like which can easily perform construction assistance according to the desires of a user. An information system construction assistance device is equipped with: a system model selection unit for selecting a system model, which satisfies the construction conditions, from a system model information DB, when construction conditions are inputted; an operation information acquisition unit for acquiring operation information from an operation information DB, on the basis of the selected system model group; a parameter calculation unit for calculating evaluation parameters using parameters included in the operation information; a performance evaluation unit for evaluating the performance of the selected system model using the evaluation parameters; a sizing factor determination unit for comparing the evaluation results and the inputted construction conditions, and determining whether or not it is possible for the sizing factor of the selected system model to be set while maintaining the construction conditions which were set as necessary; and a relaxed conditions presentation unit for presenting relaxed construction conditions when it is not possible to set the sizing factor.</p> |
