A rubbing unit is used in agriculture and includes a body with a loading channel and an unloading one, in which rubbing disks are mounted, in particular an upper immovable rubbing disk and a lower one with a drive in rotational movement. Beaters are fixed to the lower surface of the upper immovable disk radially as beams. Said beaters are made with riffles arranged at acute angle to the axis of each of the beams. In the spacings between the beaters circular projections are arranged concentrically to the rotational axles of the disks. On the upper working surface of the lower disk radial grooves are made. On one third of the diameter of the surface of the disk from the centre to periphery the angle between the grooves is equal to α, at the area from one third to two thirds of the diameter - α/2 and on the periphery of the disk - α/4. The riffles on neighbouring beaters of the immovable disk can have different directions. The height of the circular projections on the working surface of the upper disk is equal to the thickness of the beaters. A technical result: combining threshing, rubbing and separating grain, intensifying the process in the same production procedure unit and improving the quality indices of its operation. |
