An instrument for moving apart and suturing the edges of the wound in venectomy consists of the handle and the working surface separated by the slots until the middle of the flexed in figured mode vertical plane. The base of the teeth generated by the slots represents the horizontal plane in the middle of the flexure. The wound is sutured through the slots.
