摘要 The present invention relates to a method for sucking and transferring powder received in crucibles after a powder plasticization process is completed. More specifically, the multi-row crucibles receiving the powder and transferred by a conveyor after the plasticization process is completed are stopped at a predetermined position by a sensor. After a crucible cover opening and closing unit for opening and closing crucible covers is lowered to lift up the crucible covers using a vacuum pad, it is moved upward. After the crucible cover opening and closing unit returns to a predetermined standby position, a suction and transfer unit for sucking the powder is positioned above the crucibles and is lowered to the crucibles. Suction nozzles suck the whole powder in the crucibles to transfer the powder to a storage hopper in a following process while gradually vacuuming and transferring. After the suction and transfer unit returns to the predetermined standby position, the cover opening and closing unit is positioned above the crucibles again and is lowered to close the covers. After the covers are closed, the conveyor operates again to finish the suction process. The present invention can make clean working environments by removing dust caused during the process, can prevent workers from getting muscular skeletal diseases due to repetitive work, and can reduce a number of the workers by automation.
