The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for transferring a load in a marine column structure, in which, in a column structure vertically installed on the sea, such as a wind power tower floating on the sea and including a turbine for wind power generation provided at the top end thereof, or a tower for a bridge, a load, such as the turbine for wind power generation or a connecting structure at the top end thereof, can be easily transported by a pulley configuration type transferring apparatus including a winch disposed in a hollow part of the column structure. The apparatus for transferring a load in a marine column structure according to the present invention comprises: a horizontal flat form (10) fixed by passing through a column structure (100) and having a first pulley wheel; a rail installing frame (20) supported by the horizontal flat form (10); a horizontal rail (30) disposed to be spaced apart from the uppermost end of the column structure (100) at an interval by the rail installing frame (20), and including a second pulley wheel and a third pulley wheel; a winch device (40) installed at the horizontal plat form and positioned in the hollow part of the column structure (100); and a pulling cable (50) having one end wound around the winch device (40) and the other end coupled with a load (M) to be pulled while sequentially passing through the first pulley wheel, the second pulley wheel, and the third pulley wheel. |
