PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile body information communication device that utilizes information on a traffic light obtained by road-vehicle communication upon storing a picture of a vehicle periphery which is photographed by a camera when detecting an impact due to an accident.SOLUTION: The mobile body information communication device mounted to a mobile body and receiving information from a road side device transmitting at least traffic light information on at least a traffic light comprises: a communication section 7 that receives the traffic light information transmitted from the road side device; cameras 11 and 12 that photograph a picture from the mobile body; a picture storage section 14 that stores the picture photographed by the cameras 11 and 12; an impact detection sensor 15 that detects an impact applied to an own vehicle; and a control section that, when the impact detection sensor detects the impact, upon causing the picture photographed by the cameras 11 and 12 to be stored, causes at least color information on a traffic light to be stored together with the picture on the basis of the traffic light information. |
