PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a space sharing system that allows users to share the same space virtually and communicate although the users stay in distant separate rooms.SOLUTION: A space sharing system 1a comprises: photographing means 16 that includes an inner space 5 formed by a wall body 4 of a room 2 in a photographing region and photographs the inner space 5 from an inner surface 8a side of the wall body 4; communication means 18 that is able to transmit data of video photographed by the photographing means 16 to another room 3 and to receive the data of video photographed by photographing means 19 in the other room 3; and display means 22 that displays video on the same surface as the inner surface 8a of the wall body 4 on the basis of the data of video photographed by the photographing means 19 in the other room 3.
