PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow each of a terminal device and a base station device for communicating with the use of a PDCCH and an ePDCCH to efficiently transmit and receive an HARQ-ACK for a transport block transmitted by a PDSCH with the use of a PUCCH.SOLUTION: If a terminal device detected downlink control information on a PDCCH, it selects one of a first value and a second value depending on whether the value of a virtual cell identity is set or not, and determines a PUCCH resource at least on the basis of the selected value. If the terminal device detected the downlink control information on an ePDCCH, it determines a PUCCH resource at least on the basis of a third value regardless of whether the value of the virtual cell identity is set or not. The terminal device transmits an HARQ-ACK for a transport block by the determined PUCCH resource.
