PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sanitary washing device in which safety is high and user friendliness is improved.SOLUTION: The sanitary washing device comprises a main body 200 which is placed and fixed on a toilet bowl 110, a toilet seat 220 which rises and falls in an electrically driven manner by a toilet seat rotation mechanism 215, an alarm built in the main body 200 and a remote controller 400. The remote controller 400 includes a non-contact switch 440, a remote controller control section 500, a transmitter 436 and an alarm. When the remote controller control section 500 detects a non-contact operation causing the toilet seat 220 to rise and fall, prior to driving the toilet seat rotation mechanism 215, a first warning and a second warning are successively implemented by the alarm. Thus, a user can recognize rising/falling of the toilet seat beforehand, thereby providing the sanitary washing device in which safety is high and user friendliness is improved by preventing the user from being threatened by non-expected rising/falling or being injured by touching the rising/falling toilet seat. |
