PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar battery which has improved power generation efficiency and furthermore can extract more generated carriers.SOLUTION: A solar battery 100 includes; a light-receiving surface electrode layer 2; a photoelectric conversion part laminated on the light-receiving surface electrode layer 2; and a rear face electrode layer 5 laminated on the photoelectric conversion part. The photoelectric conversion part has a photoelectric conversion cell 4 formed by sequentially laminating a one-conductivity type semiconductor layer 41, an intrinsic semiconductor layer 42, and a reverse-conductivity type semiconductor layer 43, from the light-receiving surface electrode layer 2 side. In the reverse-conductivity type semiconductor layer 43, an amorphous silicon layer 43a of a reverse conductivity type, a silicon oxide layer 43b, and a silicon layer 43c of the reverse conductivity type are sequentially laminated. |
