PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diagnostic ultrasound apparatus, an image processing device and an image processing program which allow an operator to easily observe an observation object on a rendered image.SOLUTION: In the diagnostic ultrasound apparatus related to an embodiment, a first rendering part generates a first rendered image by a first rendering method on the basis of volume data collected by three-dimensionally scanning a subject with ultrasonic wave. A second rendering part generates a second rendered image by a second rendering method different from the first rendering method on the basis of the volume data. A superimposition part generates a superimposed image in which the first and second rendered images are at least partially superimposed. A display control part causes a display device to display the superimposed image. The superimposition part adjusts the proportion of the superimposition of the first and second rendered images in the superimposed image.
