PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in which: a battery capacity of a battery module cannot be measured with high accuracy; and a cell voltage cannot be correctly measured.SOLUTION: According to an embodiment, there is provided a secondary battery device 11 comprising: a battery module 22 including a plurality of cells 24; a VTM circuit 23 which measures a cell voltage and a cell temperature per cell 24; a CC circuit 16 which measures current flowing in the battery module 22; a time imparting unit 36 which imparts time information to a current value measured by the CC circuit 16 and to a cell voltage value and a cell temperature value measured by the VTM circuit 23; a storage unit 37 which stores the current value, the cell voltage value, and the cell temperature value which are associated by the time information imparted by the time imparting unit 36; and an operation unit 38 which calculates a time difference between the cell temperature value and the cell voltage value or a time difference between the cell temperature value and the current value on the basis of the history stored in the storage unit 37, and determines a degree of deterioration per cell 24 on the basis of the time difference. |
