PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile communication system that does not equip a special apparatus but is able to shift to an off-line mode in which only a communication function is stopped while power is on in a particular area, such as a hospital or an airport, where transmission of radio waves should be restrained.SOLUTION: If an example femtocell 104 of a small radio base station with a small coverage of a radio wave is installed in a particular area where transmission of radio waves should be restrained, the femtocell 104 puts a control signal instructing a mobile phone terminal 105 to forcibly set its state mode to an off-line mode in which transmission of radio waves is stopped in notification information 110 to be transmitted at a predetermined cycle regularly and transmits it to the mobile phone terminal 105. If the mobile phone terminal 105 which received the notification information 110 determined that the control signal is included in the received notification information 110, it shifts its state mode to the off-line mode and stops transmission of radio waves. |
