PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data processor for a chromatogram, which can identify an unknown sample even if data capacity is reduced.SOLUTION: A data processor 100 for a chromatogram includes: an acquisition section 21a for acquiring waveform data indicating the relation between ionic strength I and time t, which is prepared by a chromatographic apparatus; a storage section 12 for storing waveform data information; a peak detection section 21b for detecting a peak in the waveform data; and a feature point detection section 21c for making the storage section 12 store a start point and vertex of the peak as the waveform data information. |
