The system has a distribution sub-system (15) that distributes the cleaning fluid. A pump (12) sucks the cleaning fluid over a filter arrangement (14) from a reservoir (11) and conveys into the distribution sub-system. The filter arrangement includes an inflow aperture, a drain port and a filter element (36) over a dip tube (35). The filter inner space of the filter element comprises a filter aperture that is connected with the pump over the drain port. An interstice is formed between an outer surface of the filter element and dip tube and is opened toward inflow aperture.
