PURPOSE:A manufacturing method of using fusing cheese made of eastern prickly pear powder is provided to be made without using chemical additives. CONSTITUTION: Eastern prickly pear powder is made by using eastern prickly pear stems. 6-18 parts by weight% of eastern prickly pear powder and 82-94 parts by weight% of water are mixed. 100 parts by weight of the liquid with eastern prickly pear powder is mixed with 50-150 parts by weight of cheese and the mixture is regularized at a temperature of 85°C at a homogenizer to be made into a slurry.
