The present invention relates to an optical nanoantenna including a single-crystalline Ag nanoplate. The optical nanoantenna comprises: a receiver disposed at one side end of the Ag nanoplate and receiving incident light; and a transmitter disposed at the other side end thereof and transmitting surface plasmon-polariton (SPP) waves propagated along the surface of the Ag nanoplate; which are separately disposed, wherein the SPP waves induced by the incident light received from the receiver along the surface thereof is propagated to be transmitted to the transmitter.
