FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: proposed method comprises preparing at least one sterilised double-barrel chamber with separation element in a cartridge. The latter is made, preferably, of plastics to intake at least one double-barrel system to make at least one system retained in the cartridge irrespective of its orientation. Note here that said cartridge is fitted in vessel adequately closed. Then, said vessel is transferred via a sluice into clean room, opened to fill the first barrel and closed. Said cartridge is turned over, filled to close the second barrel and to remove said vessel via said sluice from said clean room. In compliance with the other version, with first barrel filled said vessel is closed by gastight element to subject the solution to sublimation chamber in said first barrel. Pre-sterilised structural system comprises above described double-barrel system, cartridge and vessel. Said vessel is sealed by gastight closing element to allow active and/or auxiliary substance to be subjected to sublimation drying. In compliance with some other version, said pre-sterilised system differs from aforesaid and comprises and, preferably, is made of plastics to be reliably retained in said system irrespective of cartridge orientation.EFFECT: lower costs, simplified production.32 cl, 5 dwg |
