PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multiple nucleic acid reaction tool, a production method thereof and a method of quantifying nucleic acid, capable of carrying out a plurality of amplification reactions easily in one reaction field, and determining the amount of nucleic acid in a sample.SOLUTION: A multiple nucleic acid reaction tool 1 is equipped with: a support 2 configured to support liquid-phase reaction field, a plurality of amplification reagent immobilization regions 4 independently arranged on at least one surface of the support which is in contact with the reaction field when the reaction field has been formed using the liquid phase; a plurality of probe immobilization regions 5 arranged at the same location or in the vicinity of each of the plurality of amplification reagent immobilization regions; a plurality of amplification reagents having different compositions from each other immobilized in a releasable manner depending on the amplification efficiency on the plurality of amplification reagent immobilization regions, and designed to amplify a target sequence in a different amplification efficiency from each other, and probe nucleic acid 7 immobilized on each of the plurality of probe immobilization regions in a manner allowing independent detection of a hybridization signal, and comprising a sequence which is complementary to at least a part of the amplification product produced by the target sequence and the amplification reagents. |
