PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an advertisement display control device; a terminal device; an advertisement display method and an advertisement display program capable of appropriately displaying advertisements even when a page is under scroll.SOLUTION: The advertisement display control device includes: program distribution means for distributing data of an advertisement display program to the terminal device having a display part. The advertisement display program allows the terminal device to function as acquisition means; detection means; and display control means. The acquisition means acquires advertisement information from an advertisement distribution device. The detection means detects the scroll state of a page displayed at the display part. When the page is not under scroll, the display control means sets the initial display position of the advertisement information acquired by the acquisition means at a predetermined position of a page, and when the page is under scroll, the display control means sets the initial display position of the advertisement information acquired by the acquisition means at a predetermined display position of the display part. |
